Duties of the establishment owner

Every establishment owner shall be required to,- (a) deposit the amount of Cine and Cultural Activists welfare cess levied as per section 9 by tenth day of each calendar month; and (b) submit half yearly return in such form as may be prescribed, by tenth day of the succeeding month including all information as may be prescribed, through online or web portal designed for this purpose.
