Appointment of Recovery Commissioner.- (1) The State

Statutory text
Government shall, by notification, appoint a serving or retired officer not below the rank of Additional Chief Secretary to Government to be the Recovery Commissioner for the purpose of supervising recovery proceedings under this Act.
- (2) The Recovery Commissioner shall have jurisdiction over the entire State or such area as may be specified in the notification.
- (3) The Recovery Commissioner shall supervise, coordinate, and control the functions of Recovery Officers appointed under this Act.
