Repeal and savings

The Karnataka Poultry and Livestock feed (Regulation of Manufacture and Sale) Order, 1987 is hereby repealed: Provided that, the provisions of section 6 of the Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899 (Karnataka Act III of 1899) shall be applicable in respect of the repeal of the said order and sections 8 and 24 of the said Act shall be applicable as if the said order had been repealed and enacted by this Act.
