Act and the preventive or remedial measures directed to be carried out, may be carried out by the Inspecting Officer or under his supervision.

Recovery of costs.- The costs of any preventive or remedial measures carried out under section 7 or section 9 by the Inspecting Officer or under his supervision, shall be recoverable from the occupier as arrears of land revenue.
