YBN University Act
The YBN University Act, 2017
This Act establishes the Y. B. N. UNIVERSITY in Jharkhand to provide higher education and academic governance. It applies to the entire state and creates a framework for university administration, including roles for the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and various academic bodies. - 30. No act or proceedings of any authority of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy in or defect in the constitution of any authority or body of the University.
- 31. The authorities of the University may constitute such committee with such terms of reference as may be necessary for specific tasks to be performed shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
