झारखडगजट(असाधारण) गु-वार, 20 जुलाई, 2017 वध (वधान) वभाग ----------------- अ1धसूचना 4 जुलाई, 2017 संया-एल०जी०-02/2017-70/लेज०-- झारखंड 4वधान मंडल वारा यथा पाiरत और रा;यपाल वारा <दनांक 31मई, 2017 को अनुमत सरला बरला वववयालय अधनयम, 2017 का 6न7नांFकत अंWेजी अनुवाद झारखंड रा;यपाल के ा1धकार से इसके वारा काशत Fकया जाता है िजसे भारतीय सं4वधान के अनुrछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उ^त अ1ध6नयम का अंWेजी भाषा मH ा1धकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा । THE SARLA BIRLA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2017 (JHARKHAND ACT, 13, 2017) An Act to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the SARLA BIRLA UNIVERSITY in the State of Jharkhand, and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the SARLA BIRLA UNIVERSITY at RANCHI, Jharkhand promoted by Bharat Arogya And GyanMandir, Birla Campus, Vill.- Ara, P.O.- Mahilong, Ranchi- Puruliya Highway, Ranchi- 835 103 (Trust/Society) created and registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 Reg.No. S/19480 dt. 29.05.90, and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-Eighth year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of Jharkhand, as follows:
