The Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Building) (Amendment) Act, 2003

(1) This act may be called the The Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Building) (amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall extend to the whole state of Jharkhand. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.

The Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Building) Act, 1951 (As adopted) is hereby repealed.

Provided that Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the Act hereby repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
