- (i). Short Title and extent:- This Act may be called: The Indian Stamp (Jharkhand Amendment) Act, 2018
- (ii). It shall extend to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.
- (iii). It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
- (iv). The section 10(1) of the Principal Act, is substituted in the following manner:-
