Power to remove difficulties SCHEDULE – A An Act to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the BABU DINESH SINGH UNIVERSITY in the State of Jharkhand, and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the BABU DINESH SINGH UNIVERSITY at GARHWA, Jharkhand promoted by Vananchal Educational and Welfare Trust, Aptech Building, S.D.O Road, Near F.C.I. Godown, Hajipur-844101 (Registration No. IV 50/2001 dated 29.08.2021) created and registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882) and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Seventy Third year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of Jharkhand, as follows:
