12. Officers of the University. The following shall be the officers of the University: (a) The Chancellor (b) The Vice-Chancellor (c) The Pro Vice-Chancellor (d) The Registrar (e) The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; and (f) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statute to the officers of the University.
