WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the establishment and incorporation of the AISECT University at HAZARIBAGH, Jharkhand promoted by AISECT Scope Campus, NH-12, Bhaironpur (Near Misrod), Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal (M.P.)(Trust/Society) created and registered under Assistant Register of the societies, Bhopal dated-08.12.2011, Registration No.-4888, dated-16.06.1997 , and to confer the status of a Private University thereon and for the matters connected therewith and incidental thereto; It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-seventh year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of Jharkhand, as follows:
