The Council shall prepare for every year a report of its activities under this Act during that year and submit the report to the Government.

Members and Staff of the Council to be public servants Members and Staff of the Council to be public servants: The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, Member, Officers and Staff of the Council shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any provisions of this Act or any rule or regulations or order or direction made or issued under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
