-वJव-व=यालय के शासी पHरष= मW न न)ल0खत सदKय ह]गे- i. कुला&धप त, जो पHरष= के अVयD ह]गे; ii. कुलप त जो पHरष= के उपाVयD ह]गे; iii. @ तकुलप त; iv. -वSत परामशT ; v. नदेशक, शोध एवं -वकास; vi. -वJव-व=यालय का एक नदेशक िजसे मानुसार कुलप त के =वारा ना)मत Aकया गया हो; vii. सैYय बल के 23वीं Zडवीजन के जेनरल-ऑAफसर-कमांZडंग (पदेन); viii. एक पु)लस पदा&धकारU जो अ तHरOत पु)लस महा नदेशक के रpक से नीचे का न हो, सरकार के =वारा ना)मत होगा, जो पदेन सदKय होगा; ix. @धान स&चव, उ_च एवं तकनीक9 )शDा या उनके @ त न&ध जो -वभागीय नदेशक के पद से नीचे का न हो; x. @धान स&चव, गृह -वभाग या उनके =वारा ना)मत ^यिOत जो -वशेष स&चव के रpक से कम का नहUं हो; xi. रा4य सरकार के =वारा ना)मत झारखPड मW िKथत Aकसी -वJव-व=यालय के एक कुलप त; xii. रा4य के =वारा ना)मत वैसे पाँच ^यिOत जो सुरDा, )शDा या लोक सेवा के De\ से जुड़े हुए ह] या -व)शXटता हा)सल Aकए हुए ह]; xiii. रा4य सरकार झारखंड -वधान सभा के चार -वधायक] को ना)मत करेगी । xiv. कुलस&चव पHरष= के स&चव ह]गे । (1) The Governing Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely;

(i) the Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Council;

(ii) the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Vice Chairman of the Council;

(iii) the Pro Vice Chancellor;

(iv) the Financial Advisor;

(v) the Director of Research and Development;

(vi) one Director of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor;

(vii) The G-O-C, 23rd Division ex-officio;

(viii) one Police Officer, not below the rank of the Additional Director General of Police, to be nominated by the State Government, ex-officio;

(ix) the Secretary to Government, Department of Higher & Technical Education, or a person not below the rank of Director nominated by him;

(x) the Principal Secretary of the Home Department, or a person nominated by him not below the rank of Deputy Secretary ;

(xi) one of the Vice-Chancellors of any of the Universities located in Jharkhand, to be nominated by the State Government;

(xii) five members from amongst persons who are associated with and have excelled in the field of Defence or Education or Public Service , to be nominated by the State Government; (1) The Governing Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely; (i) the Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Council; (ii) the Vice Chancellor, who shall be the Vice Chairman of the Council; (iii) the Pro Vice Chancellor; (iv) the Financial Advisor; (v) the Director of Research and Development; (vi) one Director of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor; (vii) The G-O-C, 23rd Division ex-officio; (viii) one Police Officer, not below the rank of the Additional Director General of Police, to be nominated by the State Government, ex-officio; (ix) the Secretary to Government, Department of Higher & Technical Education, or a person not below the rank of Director nominated by him; (x) the Principal Secretary of the Home Department, or a person nominated by him not below the rank of Deputy Secretary ; (xi) one of the Vice-Chancellors of any of the Universities located in Jharkhand, to be nominated by the State Government; (xii) five members from amongst persons who are associated with and have excelled in the field of Defence or Education or Public Service , to be nominated by the State Government; (xiii) The State Government shall nominate four Members of the Legislative Assembly. (xiv) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Council.
