2. झारख ड रा य सेवा देने क गारंट अ ध नयम, 2011 क धारा-11 के उपरा त न नां कत पर तुक न नवत् अ तः था पत होगी:-

‘‘पर तु यह क य द शासी वभाग को यह यथे ट तीत होता है क कसी शकायत/ आरोप के संबंध म शी जाँच कर कार वाई क जानी है तो संबं धत शासी वभाग जैसा उ चत समझे संबं धत शकायत/ आरोप क जाँच कर सके गा। जाँचोपरा त अथवा वभागीय तर पर लं बत मामल क समी ा के म म यह पाये जाने पर क नाम न द ट पदा धकार या थम अपील य पदा धकार इस अ ध नयम के अधीन स पे गए क त य का नव हन करने म , बना कसी पया त एवं युि तयु त कारण के , असफल रहा हो, तो शासी वभाग उसके व , उस पर लागू सेवा नयम के अधीन अनुशास नक कार वाई कर सके गा।’’

1. Short, Title, Extent and Commencement 2. Jharkhand Rajya Seva Dene Ki Guarantee (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2011 to amend any complaint/allegation is to be acted upon expeditiously on examination, the concerned administrative department, as it deems fit, may examine the said complaint/allegation.

An Act to Amend the Jharkhand Rajya Seva Dene Ki Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011

In the 71st year of the Republic of India, this be enacted by the Jharkhand State Legislature (Assembly), in the following way :-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

1. (1) This Act shall be called "Jharkhand Rajya Seva Dene Ki Guarantee (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2020."
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State.
3. (3) This Act shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. After Section-11 of the Jharkhand Rajya Seva Dene Ki Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011, the following proviso shall be inserted as follows:- "Provided that if it appears sufficient to the administrative department that any complaint/allegation is to be acted upon expeditiously on examination, the concerned administrative department, as it deems fit, may examine the said complaint/allegation. After the examination or during the review of pending cases at departmental level, if it is found that the designated officer or the first appellate officer has failed to discharge the duties assigned under this Act without any substantial and justifiable reasons, the administrative department may take disciplinary action against him/her as per the Service Rules applicable upon him/her." झारखंड रा यपाल के आदेश से,
