Chapter II CONSTITUTION OF FEE REGULATION COMMITTEE

Statutory text

(1) The Chairperson shall be appointed by the Government on recommendation of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jharkhand.
(2) No member of the Committee who is associated with any private higher educational institution shall be eligible for being a member of the Fee Regulation Committee.
(3) The Chairperson may resign from his/her position by submitting appropriate communication to the Government and the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jharkhand.
(4) In case, the Government accepts the resignation of the Chairperson, a suitable replacement shall be nominated by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jharkhand, preferably within a maximum period of 02 months from the resignation acceptance date of the incumbent Chairperson by the Government.
