Powers to amend the Schedule-

10. Powers to amend the Schedule- 1) The State Government may, by notification, add to or delete or amend or alter any of the items or rate(s) in the Schedule appended to this Act. 2) The Government may issue such circulars or directions or regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act.
