ͪवͬध (ͪवधान) ͪवभाग -------- अͬधसूचना 11 नवàबर, 2025 संÉया- एल0जी0-02/2025-48/लेजo-- झारखंड ͪवधान सभा ɮवारा यथा पाǐरत और माननीय राÏयपाल ɮवारा Ǒदनांक-04/11/2025 को अनुमत झारखÖड सूêम, लघु एवं मÚयम उɮयम (ͪवशेष छूट) अͬधǓनयम, 2025 का Ǔनàनांͩकत अंĒेजी अनुवाद झारखंड राÏयपाल के Ĥाͬधकार से इसके ɮवारा Ĥकाͧशत ͩकया जाता है, िजसे भारत का संͪवधान के अनुÍछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उÈत अͬधǓनयम का अंĒेजी भाषा मɅ Ĥाͬधकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा। JHARKHAND MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (SPECIAL CONCESSION) ACT, 2025 (Jharkhand Act- 10, 2025) An Act with a view to promote inclusive economic growth and employment generation, the State aims to address the specific needs of the Micro, Small and Medium enterprises and to promote entrepreneurship. It is expedient to give effect to exemption from certain approvals and inspections required for establishment and operation of micro, small and medium enterprises. To provide for exemption from certain approvals and inspections for establishment and operation of the micro, small and medium enterprises in Jharkhand and matters connected therewith or incidental there to be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Jharkhand in the Seventy fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
