Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Jharkhand

Education Tribunal Act, 2005; (2)It extends to the whole of State of Jharkhand; (3)The provisions of this Act, shall come into force with effect from the date fixed by the State Government, by notification.
