झारखडगजट(असाधारण) मंगलवार, 13 माच,, 2018 वध (वधान) वभाग -------------- अ0धसूचना 20 फरवर2, 2018 संया-एल0जी0-27/2017-17/लेज०-- झारखंड 3वधान मंडल वारा यथा पाVरत और रा9यपाल वारा :दनांक 7 फरवर2, 2018 को अनुमत झारखड अ4नवाय, 3ववाह अ0ध4नयम, 2017 का 4न5नांCकत अं[ेजी अनुवाद झारखंड रा9यपाल के ा0धकार से इसके वारा काशत Cकया जाता है िजसे भारतीय सं3वधान के अनुyछेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उ_त अ0ध4नयम का अं[ेजी भाषा मH ा0धकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा। The Jharkhand Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, 2017 (Jharkhand Act No. 04, 2018) Preface:- Currently there are Acts like Special Marriage Act, 1954, Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872, Anand Marriage Act, 1909, Kazi Act, 1880 for the registration of marriage of citizen of country. But under none of these Acts, the registration of marriage is compulsory. Compulsory Marriage Registration Act will do away the evils of child marriage and polygamy. Besides, it will strengthen the social condition of women in the society which will be in the interest of state as well as its citizens.
