- (1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Willow (Prohibition on Export and Movement) (Amendment) Act, 2000.
- (2) It extends to the 2[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
- (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the *[Government Gazette].
