Definitions.

In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,—

1. (a) “Government” means the 2[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] ;
2. (b) “Institute” means the institute known as Sher-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura. Srinagar.
