Probate and administration, in case Hindu, Mohammedan or Buddhist, to be granted only under this Act.

No proceedings to obtain probate of a will, or letters of administration to the estate, of any Hindu, Mohammadan or Buddhist shall be instituted in any Court in the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] except under this Act.
