- (1) Short title and extent. This Act may be called the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1961.
- (2) It extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir. 2. Questioning the territorial integrity or frontiers of India in amanner prejudicial to the interests of safety and security of India.
