Suspension or removal.

(1) Any District Judge may be suspended or removed from office by [the Government] on the report of the High Court. (2) Any Subordinate Judge or Munisff may be suspended from office by the High Court subject to the confirmation of the Government or removed from office by the Government on the report of the High Court.
