Definitions.

In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,––

1. (a) “camping site” means a site in a camping ground demarcated for pitching of tents ;
2. (b) “camping ground” means any area which has been specified for camping purposes ;
3. (c) “mooring site” means a site where a set of house-boats may be allowed to moor ; 1[(d) “Director” means Director Tourism Kashmir or Jammu].
