Appointment of employees of the Board

Statutory text
(1) The Board shall have the following officers who shall be appointed in consultation with the Government :–– (a) Managing Director ; and (b) Financial Advisor. (2) The Board may appoint such employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
