Statutory text
- (1) All new proposals or proposals for expansion of existing industrial/service unit which need clearances under one or more of the applicable laws shall be eligible to apply under this Act.
- (2) For all clearances, the Departmental Nodal Officer shall process such applications, as and when received by him, within the time-line as may be prescribed by the Government in this regard.
