The Jammu and Kashmir Sher-i-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Science and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002

(1) This Act way be called the Sher-i-Kaskmir Universities 4f AgncYltural Sciences and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2002. (2) It shall come into force fiwn the iQte of its publication in the Government Gazette.

For clause (iv) of section 10 of the Sher-i-Kashmir Univetsities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982, the followinej clauses shall be substituted, namely :- "(iv) the Vice-Chancellor of the Udversity, concerned ; (iv-a) the Vice-Chancellor of the othed University established under the provisions of this Act".
