(38) “service” means such facilities as are organized primarily for being provided to members to meet the objective of the cooperative ; Subject to other laws regulating employer-employee relations, all employees of a cooperative shall be appointed, regulated and removed by and accountable to authorities within the cooperative, in accordance with such service conditions as may be approved by the board.
