Application, cancellation, fee payable and other matters relating to registration

The form of application for registration under section 6 or section 7 and for cancellation of such registration, the fee payable on such applications, the particulars to be included in such applications and the procedure to be followed in granting and cancelling registration shall be such as may be prescribed.
