Repeal and saving

Statutory text
- (1) The Jammu and Kashmir Paramedical Council Ordinance, 2013 (Ordinance No. III of 2013) is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been taken under the Act.
