Power of the Governor to apply Act to other persons

The Governor may by notification in the Government Gazette, direat that the provisions of this Act and of the rule made thereunder shall, with such exceptions, adaptations or modifications as may be conddered necessary, apply to any person holding office whose rank in the opinion of the Governor entitles him to the facilities, for medical treatment provided by or under this Aot.
