Publication of final scheme

Publication of final scheme.-The scheme as sanctioned under section 10 shall be published in the same manner as is provided in sub-section

1. (2) of section 7 and on such publication shall be deemed to be final and sh8U came into force from the date of such publication in the Government Gazette.
