Exemption.—

(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply to the use of any instrument by any department of the Government or the Government of India or to the loud-speakers fitted with the machines of cinemas. (2) The Government may, by a notification published in the Government Gazette, remit the fee leviable under section 4-A in any case or class of cases.
