Duties of the Tribunal.

It shall be the duty of the Tribunal to—

1. (a) decide whether any compensation is payable under section 21;
2. (b) decide the amount of compensation in matters referred to it under section 22;
3. (c) decide disputes relating to betterment charges referred to it under section 28 ;
4. (d) decide disputes relating to the reconstitution of plots referred to it under section 32 and the amount of compensation to be awarded in consequence thereof ;
5. (e) decide such other matters as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf.
