Title, extent and commencement.
- (1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Government Aid to Agriculturists and Land Improvement Act, 1993.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Jammu and Kashmir State.
- (3) It shall come into force on 19th Har, 1993.
