Constitution of the Board

There shall be constituted an Advisory Board to suggest to the Government from time to time a schedule of rates regarding the purchase and sale of shali at different ghats. The Board shall consist of seven members. The Revenue Minister and the Director Food Control shall be ex-officio members of the Board. The remaining five shall be elected by the 2 [Praja Sabha from amongst its non-official members belonging to Kashmir Valley.
