The Jammu and Kashmir Delegation of Powers Act, 1983

This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Delegatic~tn of Powers Act, 1983.

The powers exercisable by the Revenue Minister to hear appeal or revision under any law, rule or order for the time being in force, shall notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any such Etw, rule or order, be exercised by such person or authority, in such cases, as he may, by order from time to time, direct.

(1) The Jammu and Kashmir Delegation of Powers Ordinance, 1982 (I of 1982) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done any action taken or any order issued under the Ordinance so repealed, shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under this Act, as if this Act had come into force on the 8th day of November, 1982.
