This Act sets the court fees payable on documents filed in courts and public offices in Jammu and Kashmir. It covers fees on documents filed in the High Court and in lower courts, how fees are calculated in different kinds of suits, and how disputes about valuation are decided.

- 6Fees on documents filed etc. in Mufassil Courts or in public offices
