Statutory text
(1) The Jammu and Kashmir Cancellation of Orders and Annulment of Instruments Act, 1990 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Jammu and Kashmir Cancellation of Orders and Annulment of Instruments Act, 1990 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
