Statutory text
The Chairman or a Member shall not be removed from his office except by order of the Government passed on the recommendations of the Council of Ministers on grounds of misconduct or incapacity or if it appears to the Government that the continuance of the Chairman or such a Member in office is detrimental to the public interest.
