The Court exercising jurisdiction under section 4 shall for the purposes of the said Code, and the said Act be deemed inferior to the District Court.

Bar of application of the Small Cause Court Act and the Usurious Loans Act Bar of application of the Small Cause Court Act and the Usurious Loans Act.-The provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir State Small Cause Court Act, 1968, and Usurious Loans Act, 1977, shall not apply to the proceedings of the Court under this Act.
