Power to amend Schedules

10. The State Government, after giving by notification, not less than ten days‘ notice of its intention to do so, may, by like notification, add to or delete from the Schedules ‘A‘, ‘B‘, ‘C‘ , ‘D‘ or ‘E‘ any goods, or otherwise amend these Schedules, and thereupon the Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
