Exemptions

(1) The State Government may direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act shall not apply to any particular building or rented land or any class of buildings or rented lands.

(2) The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any building or rented land owned by the Government. Every application to the Controller under sections 4, 5, 6, 11, 14 and 15 shall be made in Form "A" and shall state the grounds on which it is made.
