Substitution of references to certain expressions by certain other expressions

Throughout the principal Act [except clause (h) of section 2, sub-section (5) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 18 and section 19], unless otherwise expressly provided, for the words "human organ" and "human organs", wherever they occur, the words "human organ or tissue or both" and "human organs or tissues or both" shall respectively be substituted with such consequential amendments as the rules of grammar may require.
