Amendment of sections 3,8 and 9.

In sub-section (1) of section 3 and sections 8 and 9 of the Suits Valuation Act, 1887 (Central Act No. 7 of 1887), in its application to Himachal Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the expression "the Court Fee Act, 1870" wherever it occurs, the expression "the Himachal Pradesh Court Fees Act, 1968" shall be substituted.
