Repeal and savings.

The Stage Carriages (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1924 (3 of 1924), as in force in the areas added to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966 is hereby repealed, but notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any powers conferred by or under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.
