The Provincial Small Cause Courts (Himachal Pradesh Amendment) Act, 1969

(1) This Act rnay be calfed the P~mincial Small Cause Courts (Himachal Pradesh Amenitrnent) Act, 1959. (2) It shall extend to the whole of Hilnachal Pradesh,

In section 15 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 (Ckntral Act No. 9 of T887) in its application to the f[State] of Himachal Pradesh:- (1) In sub-section (2), for the words "five liurtdred'", the words "two thousand" shall be substituted; and (2) Sub-section (3) shall be omitted.

The Provincial Small Cause Comts (Punjab Ameudment) Act, 1966 (3 ~1f1966) assinfcxce in the areas added to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Pulljab Re-organisation Act, 1966 (31 of 1966) is laereby repealed : Prsvlcled that anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall he deemed to have been done or taken under this Act,
