Other officers

(1) The University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning. (2) The manner of appointment of other officers of the University and their powers and functions shall be such as may be specified by the statutes. (2) The first statutes shall be made by the Government and published in the Official Gazette and a copy thereof shall be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
