Statutory text
No person other than a registered practitioner, shall, from such date as may be specified by the Government of Himachal Pradesh by notification in the Official Gazette, practise or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being prepared to practise Ayurvedic system or Unani system.
